Locked in Pricing?

Pricing is locked in once we have a contract in place unless you adjust any features outside of our standard upgrades.

What is the cost per square foot?

There are hundreds of variables at play affecting costs when building a new home. Because of this cost per square foot is going to vary depending on what you put in the home, building costs, and sub-contractor costs at the time. We work closely with you from the start to determine how to get the most out of your budget.

In what areas do you build?

We have two developments in Santaquin and build all over South Utah County.

Can I choose interior features?

Our Orchard Hills townhomes are built with standard upgrades and a future homeowner in mind, but if you get in early enough in the building process there is a possibility you can choose between a few options. We’re happy to let you choose features on our Falcon Ridge single-family homes, the interior and exterior can be tailored to your budget and wants to make it your dream home.

What sets you apart from other builders?

Our quality of work is top-notch and we take pride in every home that we build. We’ve been working with our subcontractors for 20+ years and know each craftsman put their best work on each home we build. We work with you to keep you in the know, but help take the stress out of the building process.

How long does the building process take?

Our townhomes are currently being built with the first building being ready early Summer of 2022. Falcon Ridge single-family homes will take approximately 6-9 months to build once we break ground. A custom home can vary, but an average time is 9-12 months depending on a range of factors.

What's the process of building a custom home?

A custom home is explicitly tailored to you. The process will take you through every decision, from what level of insulation you want to where your outlets are placed to the proper angles and spacing for your dream kitchen to be optimally functional. Every nuance is designed to fit your specific lifestyle. Whether you already have a lot or want us to help you find one we’ll be there from the beginning to guide you through the journey. We’ll set you up with an architect to design your dream home floor plans, determine a budget, work with the municipality for approval to build, begin building the home, and then meet regularly during the building process so you can choose each feature that will go into the home.

We look forward to working with you!
